Language Line Solutions - Phone Interpreting

Hello everyone



As you know we partnered with LanguageLine Solutions in 2015 to assist our staff with language barriers for our clients. Due to the increased need for client services and Language Line Solutions, we now have a new account with LL Solutions.

You will no longer use the 8 digit PIN when using the service. Attached is the information including a tutorial and our client ID number. You will need the client ID number to access the service. With this new account, we will start receiving a monthly invoice and we will be able to track the actual usage and employee information.



Please make sure you share the information with your staff as needed.



Again, we hope this service will eliminate any language barriers in order to provide excellent client care.
